1. Correctly install the aligning roller group
When installing the self-aligning idler group, various methods can be adopted, such as four-link type, vertical roller type and intermediate rotating shaft type. The principle is to use blocking or idler to rotate in the horizontal plane to block or generate lateral thrust to make the belt automatically centripetal to achieve the purpose of adjusting the deviation of the belt. The force is the same as that of the deflection force of the bearing idler group.
The adjustment method of the tail roller is just the opposite of the head roller. The specific method is to which side the belt is biased, which side of the idler group moves forward in the direction of the belt, or the other side moves backward.
Under normal circumstances, this method is more applicable when the belt conveyor has a two-way running state or the total length of the belt conveyor is short. This is mainly because compared with the longer belt conveyor, the shorter belt conveyor is more prone to deviation and is not easy to adjust, while the longer belt conveyor will affect the service life of the belt if it adopts this method.
2. Adjust the tension of the belt conveyor
Another effective solution to avoid belt deviation is to effectively adjust the tension of the belt conveyor. There are two redirecting rollers at the upper end of the heavy hammer tension position. The two redirecting rollers should not only be in a vertical state with the length of the belt, but also in a horizontal state with the center line of its shaft.
In addition, if the use of hydraulic oil cylinder tension or spiral tension, tension roller two bearing must be in the same amount of synchronous translation of the state, so as to always ensure that the longitudinal direction of the belt and the axis of the roller is perpendicular to the state.
3. Pay attention to the working direction and deviation trend of the belt
For the two-way running belt conveyor, once the problem of deviation occurs, it is more difficult to deal with the deviation problem than the one-way belt conveyor.
In the process of adjusting it, one direction should be adjusted first, and then another direction should be adjusted. During specific operations, the relationship between the working direction of the belt and the deviation trend should be carefully observed, and then adjusted one by one.
The key step of adjustment should be the adjustment of the redirection roller and the drive roller, followed by the adjustment of the material blanking point and the roller.
In addition, at the position of the vulcanization joint of the belt, it should always be ensured that the force in the length direction of the belt section is uniform. If the traction method selected is the way of the chain block, the force on both sides should always be the same.
4. Effectively adjust the position of the redirection roller and the driving roller
This step is also a very important link to effectively prevent the belt from deviating. In a belt conveyor equipment, there are several rollers, and the installation position of each roller and the center position of the movement direction of the belt conveyor length should be in a vertical state. If there is no vertical state and the deflection is very large, then there will be deviation phenomenon.
Similar to the method of adjusting the idler group, for the roller at the head position, if the direction of deviation is biased to the left, the bearing seat on the left should move forward or the bearing seat on the right should move backward. If the direction of deviation is biased to the right, the bearing seat on the right side should move forward or the bearing seat on the left side should move backward. For the tail of the roller, the adjustment method and the head of the roller adjustment method is completely opposite.
5. Adjust the position of the bearing roller group
When the belt of the belt conveyor has a deviation problem in the middle of the whole equipment, a very effective way to deal with the deviation problem is to adjust the position of the roller group that plays a bearing role. In order to facilitate the corresponding adjustment work, in the manufacturing process, the mounting holes on both sides of the roller group should be processed to produce the shape of the long hole.
The specific adjustment method is as follows: when the direction of the belt deviation is determined, the side of the idler group should move forward in the forward direction of the belt, or the other side of the idler group can move backward.
Since the adjustment work of the deviation is to know the effect of the adjustment after a period of running time, so as to determine whether the adjusted operating state meets the requirements, attention should be paid to the amount of movement of each adjustment work.
